We're looking for an experienced Senior Construction Logistics Manager to join our organization in a remote area, supporting our operations based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all logistics operations for large-scale construction projects, ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, contractors, and project teams.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies for multiple construction projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with suppliers, transportation providers, and logistics partners to achieve optimal pricing and service levels.
  • Oversee inventory management systems and coordinate material flow from procurement through project delivery.
  • Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements that reduce costs and enhance operational performance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and specialists, providing guidance on best practices and performance expectations.
  • Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to forecast material requirements and adjust logistics plans based on project timelines and specifications.
  • Manage logistics budgets, track expenditures, and prepare detailed reports on cost savings and operational metrics.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, developing contingency plans to address potential disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies across all logistics operations.
  • Utilize project management and logistics software systems to track shipments, monitor inventory levels, and generate performance reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics challenges and optimize project delivery schedules.
