Job summary

EPRO Business Development Co. invites an experienced Financial Controller to join our Riyadh-based contracting operation. The role focuses on leading financial planning, project costing, budgeting, reporting, and cash flow management within a construction-focused environment.

The candidate will ensure robust financial controls, regulatory compliance, and effective banking relationships, while leveraging Excel and ERP systems to drive accurate financial insight in both Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in finance and accounting in construction/contracting.
• Experience in project costing, budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls and accounting standards.
• Proven experience managing banking relationships and financial dealings with banks.
• Knowledge of Saudi financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent command of both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
