Job summary

The Financeer is seeking a Senior Accountant in the Eastern Province to lead project cost accounting and revenue recognition under IFRS 15, while overseeing subcontractor payments and month-end close. The role supports cash flow monitoring and ZATCA compliance in a construction-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of construction industry experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong ERP and Excel skills, with Saudi national preference or transferable iqama.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–3 years in construction or general contracting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle).
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• ZATCA compliance knowledge.
• IFRS 15 and PoC methodology experience.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Eastern Province.
• Saudi National preferred or transferable iqama.

Responsibilities

• Manage project cost accounting and subcontractor payments.
• Perform revenue recognition under IFRS 15 and PoC.
• Oversee month-end close processes.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital.
• Ensure ZATCA compliance in the Eastern Province.
