Job summary

Siemens Energy in the Middle East seeks a senior field expert to own the technical client relationship for Aramco, ADNOC, and other major accounts, leading root cause investigations on compressors and related systems.

You will coordinate cross‑regional teams, contribute to proposals and service strategies, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining rigorous documentation to ensure traceability across engagements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of hands-on experience across rotating equipment design, FA testing, controls, package design, site commissioning and maintenance.
• Proven leadership in root cause analysis for complex equipment failures using structured methods.
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical client relationship for major Middle East accounts, serving as primary contact and trusted advisor.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analyses on compressors and ancillary systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across regions to ensure fast, accurate information flow.
• Partner with Sales and Service to shape proposals and client-facing service strategy.
• Maintain rigorous documentation including service reports and equipment records.
• Train and mentor junior field engineers and client personnel.
