Job summary

MISPay seeks a Senior Compliance Specialist to uphold regulatory requirements and internal policies. The role supports AML/CTF controls, regulatory reporting, policy reviews, and risk mitigation under the Compliance Manager. Attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in compliance or regulatory affairs, with knowledge of SAMA standards and strong communication skills to coordinate with multiple departments and external bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Law, Business Administration, Compliance, Finance, or Risk).
• 2–3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, AML, or related function.
• Good knowledge of SAMA regulations and regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Familiarity with AML/CTF frameworks, compliance controls, and regulatory reporting.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of the company’s compliance framework, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with SAMA regulations and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, review, and support the submission of regulatory reports and compliance-related documentation.
• Support AML and CTF controls and requirements.
• Conduct compliance reviews and monitoring activities to identify regulatory gaps or risks.
• Update and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Assist in compliance risk assessments and remediation actions.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, reports, and documentation.
• Monitor regulatory updates and assess their impact on operations and policies.
• Coordinate with departments on compliance requirements and regulatory matters.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Prepare compliance reports and management updates for the Compliance Manager.
