Mackenzie Jones Middle East is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits specialist to join the Jeddah team. You will develop and lead the organization’s reward strategy, ensuring pay and benefits align with local market position and internal equity.

The role requires deep regional exposure, a degree in HR or business administration, and knowledge of Hay methodology. You will liaise with area managers, manage external consultants, and drive salary benchmarking to support strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience in HR.
• Minimum of 6 years in a Compensation and Benefits role.
• Regional experience in HR or rewards.
• Degree in HR or business administration.
• Knowledge of Hay Methodology.
• Strong internal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop the compensation & benefits team
• Lead and direct the implementation of performance management policies and procedures
• Liaise with area managers to develop local compensation and performance management strategies
• Select and manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and suppliers
• Review and analyze the existing remuneration packaging and compensation
• Conduct salary bench marking exercises
