Job summary

Faithful+Gould Saudi Arabia Limited seeks a Senior Commercial Manager with a strong PMC background to lead contract strategy, negotiation, and administration on high-value infrastructure projects.

You will manage claims, EOTs, risk mitigation, liaise with legal teams, mentor staff, and support tendering, with expert knowledge of FIDIC/NEC and GCC/KSA regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in contract management, with at least 5 years in a PMC environment.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, and other international contract standards.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent are preferred.

Responsibilities
