Job summary

EY Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) seeks a Riyadh-based AM/Manager to support the growth of our sustainability practice, with a particular focus on Energy and Industrials.

The role is suited to a commercially minded sustainability professional who can combine technical understanding with a strategic consulting approach, strong communication, and an entrepreneurial drive to build client relationships and develop new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Undergrad degree in a relevant discipline; MSc/MBA advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years in sustainability, climate change, ESG, strategy or consulting.
• Experience across Energy and Industrials topics and client deliverables.
• Evidence of business development and executive communications.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to be based in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Define client issues, develop hypotheses, analyse information, and design practical, value-focused solutions.
• Manage workstreams across multiple engagements with high-quality outputs.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to senior-level discussions.
• Develop persuasive presentations, proposals, reports and executive summaries.
• Identify and shape business development opportunities.
