Job summary

Mohammad Al-Habib Real Estate Investment Company is seeking Senior Civil Engineers to join our project team and work on a landmark high-rise development in Riyadh and across the Kingdom.

The successful candidates will be responsible for direct execution, coordination, and delivery of civil, structural, and supporting architectural works, ensuring construction activities are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• PMP certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as site engineer for direct execution and delivery of civil/structural works.
• Supervise civil/structural works (substructure, superstructure, concrete, waterproofing).
• Coordinate with architectural works and review drawings/method statements.
• Conduct site inspections at each stage and ensure quality, safety and schedule adherence.
• Manage direct labor and subcontractors; verify progress for payments.
