Vansh Consulting in Saudi Arabia seeks a Civil Manager to lead civil bids, negotiate contracts, and monitor project execution for large EPC civil works. The role requires extensive SEC project exposure, strong commercial acumen, and leadership to drive targeted outcomes.

The incumbent will coordinate with design, procurement, finance, and legal teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery across projects in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• BE / B Tech Civil Engineering.
• Around 14+ years of relevant experience in 380 KV GIS Substation EPC projects.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia’s SEC project preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of technical and commercial bids for civil works and ensure compliance with client requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, finance and legal teams to develop bid proposals.
• Analyze tender documents, identify risks and propose mitigations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive quotations and alignment with project specs.
• Oversee civil works progress to ensure timely execution and budget control.
• Engage in post‑award negotiations to optimize costs, scope and timelines.
• Review and finalize contracts in line with project objectives and policies.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with safety, quality and environment standards.
