Zusammenfassung

Rowad Modern Engineering in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a civil engineering background to lead major civil construction and substation projects. You will plan, initiate, and drive project scopes, timelines, and budgets while coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, and HSE teams.

You will manage risks, monitor progress, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure quality and compliance with IEC/IEEE/ASTM standards.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering; master's preferred.
10+ years in civil construction with 5+ years in substation/infrastructure.
Proven track record in EPC/turnkey substation projects.
Strong knowledge of civil design and project management practices.
Familiarity with IEC/IEEE/ASTM/ACI standards.
Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, and HSE.
