Job summary

PTD-Power Transmission & Distribution - IC in Riyadh is seeking a senior civil engineer to manage and supervise the execution of 380 kV substation civil works, ensuring SEC standards, safety, and quality are met.

You will coordinate with SEC representatives, consultants, and contractors, plan activities, review drawings, maintain QA/QC, and help hand over facilities for equipment installation and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Technology (BTech), BE or BSc Engg in Civil Engineering.
• Graduate in Civil Engineering.
• Saudi SEC project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all civil construction activities at the substation site.
• Ensure works comply with SEC standards, drawings and specifications.
• Review civil designs and shop drawings; coordinate with consultants/contractors for approvals.
• Coordinate with SEC representatives, consultants, contractors and suppliers for progress.
• Plan and schedule civil activities to meet timelines and milestones.
• Monitor QA/QC and safety at the project site.
• Prepare daily progress reports and essential documentation.
• Assist in resolving technical issues, variations, and claims.
• Support the Project Manager in progress meetings and handover readiness.
