Job summary

Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Civil Engineer to join our site-based supervision team on the Green Riyadh Project. You will inspect irrigation installation works, monitor quality and compliance, and support construction activities to ensure everything aligns with project specs and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and other relevant tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects, including planning, design, and construction phases.
• Develop project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and other engineers.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
• Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and documentation to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
