Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in Site Execution & Site Supervision.
• Strong experience in Architectural & Finishing Works.
• Proven experience in Building Construction & Project Execution.
• Experience in malls, commercial projects, and hotels preferred.
• Experience in Contractor/Subcontractor Management and Consultant Coordination.
• Ability to read and review Engineering Drawings, BOQs, and Specifications.
• Experience in Construction Planning, Progress Monitoring, and Quality Control.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is required.
• Willingness to travel between project sites.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
