Job summary

Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer - Saudi National to join our Tabuk team, delivering senior technical leadership for major infrastructure and site development projects. You will lead design reviews, coordinate with cross‑disciplinary teams, and mentor junior engineers to ensure quality and timely delivery while complying with SBC, AASHTO and ASTM standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
Minimum 10 years of progressive civil engineering experience on large-scale infrastructure mega-projects.
Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and hydraulic modeling; strong knowledge of SBC, AASHTO, ASTM.

Responsibilities

Lead civil engineering design elements such as site grading, drainage, roadways, earthworks, and wet utilities.
Perform technical reviews of submittals, shop drawings, calculations, and material specs.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and design teams to uphold quality.
Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and project management teams to resolve interfaces.
Act as liaison with clients, stakeholders, and authorities to facilitate approvals.
Conduct site visits and audits to ensure compliance with approved designs.
