Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage the purchase of civil and architectural materials, equipment, and subcontract packages for construction projects. You will ensure timely sourcing, favorable prices, and strict compliance with project specifications and schedules.

The role requires 5–10 years of procurement experience in large-scale construction, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with SAP/Oracle ERP and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 5–10 years of procurement experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, subcontracting, procurement processes, and contract terms.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in SAP systems (ERP/Oracle) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Procure civil and architectural materials, equipment, and subcontract works in line with project requirements.
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate technical and commercial bids, and recommend suppliers.
• Coordinate with engineering, commercial, and site teams to ensure procurement meets project specifications and timelines.
• Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with vendors and subcontractors.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor supplier performance and delivery status.
• Resolve procurement-related issues to prevent project delays.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and contractual requirements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and project standards.
