Job summary

Salla is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the catalog strategy end to end, align quarters, and drive accountability for the numbers promised. You will shape how product data is created, improved, and consumed downstream by search, storefronts, and channels.

You have 6+ years in product management, a track record leading on a self-serve platform, and proven impact with data quality and AI in production.

Qualifications

• Six or more years in product management.
• Experience with self-serve platforms and data-driven product decisions.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of catalog data structures and taxonomy.
• Experience applying AI to structured data with confidence thresholds.

Responsibilities

• Own the catalog strategy end to end, sequencing it into quarters.
• Own roadmap for product data creation and improvement.
• Design for the people who actually do the work, including those who do not own the store.
• Show impact by improving data quality and downstream performance.
• Lead 2–3 product managers and coach the team.
• Collaborate with search, storefronts, vendors, marketplace, and data.
