This position will lead strategic partnerships with payment solution providers in Saudi Arabia, with a strong focus on Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) companies and banks. This role requires solid experience in business development, strong commercial negotiation skills, and a good understanding of subscription-based business models and technology-driven companies.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage relationships with BNPL providers, banks, and payment partners in Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable payment and BNPL partners.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and partnership agreements to secure the best market rates.
  • Develop partnership strategies that support subscription-based business models.
  • Monitor market trends in BNPL, digital payments, and technology-driven services.
  • Work closely with internal teams (finance, legal, operations, product) to implement payment solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all payment and BNPL partnerships.
  • Support revenue growth by optimizing payment structures and reducing transaction costs.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial business development, payments, BNPL, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of subscription business models and recurring revenue structures.
  • Experience working with or partnering with technology-driven companies.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
