ARIS is seeking a Senior Solution Architect (PreSales) to join our team in Saudi Arabia. You will support and manage strategic opportunities across the MENA region, acting as a trusted advisor on BPM strategy and implementation.

You will lead cross-functional teams, engage with executives, and deliver compelling demonstrations of our platform’s capabilities to drive value. You will collaborate with product and development teams to incorporate customer feedback, stay abreast of BPM trends, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of presales experience.
• Ability to present technology solutions to C-level stakeholders with a focus on value and business impact.
• Hands-on experience with ARIS or similar BPM tools and ability to demonstrate and configure these platforms.
• Strong technical knowledge to address questions on architecture, security, and integrations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities and quick understanding of customer challenges.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for relationships with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to stay current with BPM trends, tools, and methodologies to drive improvements.
• Business fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Act as an advocate for BPM and lead cross-functional teams through the customer journey.
• Engage in C-level discussions to articulate value and benefits of BPM solutions.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our BPM capabilities.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with precision and contribute to PoCs/PoVs.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to align feedback with enhancements.
• Promote BPM solutions at industry events and webinars.
