Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) is seeking a BIM Manager to develop and implement BIM standards, lead BIM teams, and drive interdisciplinary coordination across projects. You will oversee BIM models for accuracy and compliance, manage licenses, and stay ahead of BIM best practices.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of experience, strong leadership and ERP/SAP knowledge, with a track record of enhancing project workflows and delivering efficient BIM solutions within the GCC region.

Qualifications

• Proficient in BIM standards, protocols and workflows.
• Experience leading BIM teams and cross-disciplinary coordination.
• Strong knowledge of BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360).
• ERP/SAP understanding and ability to manage licenses and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM standards and workflows across projects.
• Provide leadership to BIM teams and ensure consistent BIM methodologies.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and stakeholders to integrate BIM.
• Oversee BIM models for accuracy, compliance, and clash detection.
• Manage BIM software licenses and resources to support teams.
