SGS is the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company. We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Senior Specialist to drive the growth of our Human Risk Management services across Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will develop new business opportunities, promote our digital KYC and KYE platform, and sell background screening and due diligence solutions to organizations in highly regulated environments. Fluent in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, law, compliance, or risk management.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record selling services to financial institutions, multinational corporations, luxury brands, tech firms, or regulated sectors.
• Experience selling SaaS, RegTech or digital compliance platforms is a strong advantage.
• Existing network within FINANCE, IT or LUXURY sectors is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia.
• Sell SGS Human Risk Management solutions including KYC, KYE, employment background screening, due diligence and third‑party risk management.
• Build relationships with Compliance, Risk, HR, Procurement and C‑Level managers.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.
