Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in large EPC projects.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ members.
• PMP or PM@Siemens certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DCS/SCADA systems.
• Excellent client-facing and contract-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through commissioning and handover.
• Ensure compliance with customer contract requirements and EHS standards.
• Develop detailed project schedules and resource plans (WBS).
• Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and monitor financial KPIs.
• Communicate with customers and manage stakeholders across disciplines.
