Job summary

Maaden Saudi Arabian Mining Company seeks a Chief Specialist, Asset Reliability to lead enterprise reliability and lifecycle optimization across assets, sites and business units. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in asset reliability, maintenance, asset management or industrial operations.
• Experience applying reliability engineering and maintenance strategies in asset-intensive environments.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise asset reliability priorities, KPIs and value outcomes across business units.
• Establish consistent reliability and maintenance decision principles at highest-value asset risks.
• Provide technical authority on asset reliability across stakeholders.
• Translate asset performance and cost challenges into clear improvement opportunities with measurable value hypotheses.
• Enable proactive, predictive and risk-based maintenance decisions that improve reliability and availability.
• Identify recurring reliability constraints and focus improvement on sustainable performance.
• Shape end-to-end solutions connecting asset health monitoring, diagnostics, maintenance planning and execution.
• Establish closed-loop approaches to continuously improve reliability decisions.
• Align maintenance, operations, engineering and supply chain around asset criticality and performance outcomes.
• Partner with analytics, AI and digital teams to translate reliability needs into deployable technology solutions.
