Job summary

Maaden Saudi Arabian Mining Company is seeking a Manager, Maintenance ARGP to lead maintenance for the Ar Rjum Gold Project. You will translate production goals into sustainable maintenance strategies that maximise asset availability and safety.

Reporting to the Vice President, Mining Production, you will build a high‑performing maintenance organization, drive reliability improvements, and manage contractor relationships to ensure uninterrupted operations and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10-15 years of relevant maintenance and asset management experience within mining, minerals processing, heavy industry, or related sectors.
• Proven experience leading large-scale maintenance operations for mobile and fixed plant assets.
• Demonstrated experience in reliability improvement, maintenance planning, asset management, and operational excellence.
• Significant leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and contractor organizations.

• Develop succession pipelines and enhance workforce competency through coaching and structured development.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence across maintenance teams.
• Align maintenance priorities with production, technical services, procurement, and project functions.
