Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in reliability engineering or asset performance analysis.
• Knowledge of reliability concepts and tools like RCA, RCM.
• Basic understanding of plant equipment and maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze equipment performance and reliability trends.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for failure identification.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to improve asset performance.
