You will collaborate with the team to translate brand goals into compelling visuals, guide shoots, and present concepts to clients. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Must be of Indian nationality.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and visual designs that meet project objectives.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts for campaigns or projects.
• Provide artistic direction for photoshoots, videos, and other visual elements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Present design ideas to clients or stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of designs.
