Job summary

Client of Tawzef is seeking an experienced Architect to lead architectural design stages in Riyadh. This role requires a minimum of 8 years in architectural design, preferably with real estate developers or construction companies.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. The role involves managing design drawings and ensuring compliance with client requirements and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural design.
• Previous experience within real estate developers or construction companies is a must.
• Strong proficiency in design tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design stages from concept to detailed design.
• Review and validate design drawings, BOQs and technical documentation.

• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
