Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced Architectural Inspector to join a major data centre project located east of Riyadh. The successful candidate will ensure all architectural works are executed in full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and codes.

The role requires minimum 5 years of experience, SCE registration, and strong knowledge of materials, inspection procedures, and reporting. You will coordinate with contractors on site, review ITPs, identify non-conformances, and support QA

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Inspector on large-scale construction projects.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration – mandatory
• Proven experience on data centre, industrial, or mission-critical projects is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of architectural materials, construction standards, and inspection procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment
• Good communication and reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor architectural works including finishes, ceilings, partitions, doors, and façade elements
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams on site
• Review method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material submittals
• Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate site records
• Support quality assurance and health & safety requirements on site
