Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect with 10+ years of experience to oversee architectural design review, coordination, and compliance on a major PMC project.

You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure architectural design aligns with intent, codes, and specifications, while mentoring junior staff and delivering quality presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited university (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and supervision, with at least 5 years in a PMC or consultancy role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve architectural design submissions for compliance with codes and project requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated design and construction solutions.
• Provide technical input during all project stages from concept to construction supervision.
