Pine Landscaping is seeking an Architectural Draftsman to support design development, construction documentation, and shop drawing preparation across large-scale landscape projects in the Kingdom.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and landscape drawings from Concept Design through IFC stages.
• Develop coordinated shop drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Translate design concepts into accurate, buildable drawings.
• Incorporate site conditions, materials, and consultant comments into drawing packages.
• Coordinate with design and site teams to resolve drawing conflicts.

Pine Landscaping is looking for a skilled Architectural Draftsman to support design development, construction documentation, and shop drawing preparation across multiple large-scale landscape projects in the Kingdom.

Pine Landscaping delivers landscaping, hardscape, irrigation, and water feature works for major hospitality, commercial, and luxury developments across Saudi Arabia, offering exposure to some of the region's most significant projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and landscape drawings from Concept Design through IFC stages.
• Develop coordinated shop drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Translate design concepts into accurate, buildable drawings.
• Incorporate site conditions, materials, and consultant comments into drawing packages.
• Coordinate with design and site teams to resolve drawing conflicts.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in architectural drafting, design documentation, and shop drawings.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Landscape experience preferred, particularly in hardscape, paving, and external finishes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction materials and building systems.
• Proven experience in developing IFC drawings and preparing accurate, detailed shop drawings.
• Solid understanding of Architectual details.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, Drafting, or related field
• Proficiency in AutoCad and other relevant drafting software.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in architectural drafting
• Experience with landscape detailing is highly preferred
