Job summary

Jurong International is seeking a senior professional to lead stakeholder and interface management for airport programmes. You will coordinate with operators, authorities and contractors to ensure requirements are captured and delivered.

The role requires extensive experience with ORAT, strong negotiation skills and fluency in English and Arabic, plus a track record with aviation authorities and operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in airport operations, airport development, ORAT, or major aviation infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder and interface management experience on complex airport programmes.
• Good understanding of airport operations, airline requirements, and regulatory processes.
• Experience working with airport operators, airlines, aviation authorities, and government agencies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Fluent English and Arabic; aviation PMC, client-side, or airport operator experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder and interface management across airport programmes.
• Coordinate with airport operations airlines authorities consultants and contractors.
• Capture and manage stakeholder requirements approvals and actions.
• Ensure operational requirements are incorporated into design and delivery.
• Manage interfaces risks dependencies and conflicts across projects.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings workshops and governance forums.
• Support authority approvals ORAT testing commissioning and handover.
• Maintain stakeholder and interface registers and provide reporting to leadership.
