Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a seasoned Stakeholder & Interface Manager to lead engagement and interface management for major airport development initiatives in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate with operators, airlines, authorities, consultants, and contractors to align requirements with project delivery.

The role requires deep experience in airport operations and ORAT, with excellent communication and relationship skills in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Aviation, Airport Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience managing stakeholder interfaces on major aviation infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder and interface management across airport programmes.
• Coordinate with airport operators, airlines, authorities, consultants, and contractors.
• Capture and manage stakeholder requirements, approvals, and actions.
• Ensure operational requirements are incorporated into design and delivery.
• Manage interfaces, risks, dependencies, and conflicts across projects.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and governance forums.
• Support authority approvals, ORAT, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Maintain stakeholder and interface registers and provide reporting to leadership.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Stakeholder & Interface Manager to lead stakeholder engagement and interface management across major airport development programmes in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires close coordination with airport operators, airlines, authorities, consultants, and contractors to ensure operational requirements are successfully integrated into project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder and interface management across airport programmes.
• Coordinate with airport operations, airlines, authorities, consultants, and contractors.
• Capture and manage stakeholder requirements, approvals, and actions.
• Ensure operational requirements are incorporated into design and delivery.
• Manage interfaces, risks, dependencies, and conflicts across projects.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and governance forums.
• Support authority approvals, ORAT, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Maintain stakeholder and interface registers and provide reporting to leadership.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Aviation, Airport Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in airport operations, airport development, ORAT, or major aviation infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder and interface management experience on complex airport programmes.
• Good understanding of airport operations, airline requirements, and regulatory processes.
• Experience working with airport operators, airlines, aviation authorities, and government agencies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Fluent English; Fluent Arabic.
• Aviation PMC, client-side, or airport operator experience.
