Job summary

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Civil/Infrastructure Engineer for an airport renovation project in Saudi Arabia.

You will lead design coordination of roads, drainage, utilities and airfield interfaces, ensuring compliance with airport standards and client requirements. You will review drawings, perform technical clarifications, liaise with stakeholders, and support construction activities to deliver quality, safety and timely handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in large-scale Airport Renovation projects.
• Experience in airport infrastructure and operational environments with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS and BIM.
• Proficiency in pavement design (flexible and rigid) including PMA.
• Ability to review designs, calculations, specifications and drawings across road, drainage and utilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design interfaces and technical issues.
• Review road/utility designs, drawings and BOQs for compliance with standards.
• Support site inspections, design reviews and construction activities with timely solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and respond to technical queries.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and international standards.
