Job summary

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to lead the Administration & Facility Department. You will oversee office operations, facilities management, and vendor/contract oversight across multiple sites to ensure efficient service delivery that supports business operations.

This role emphasizes operational performance, planning, and continuous improvement while maintaining EHSS compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Diploma in Administration, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple sites or locations simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general office operations and maintain adequate levels of office supplies and equipment.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, calls, and visitor coordination.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of office premises across all sites.
• Coordinate with facility vendors and maintenance service providers.
• Provide administrative support to departments and executives as required.
• Organise internal meetings, workshops, and events.
• Liaise with service providers including cleaning, security, and IT support.
• Manage office-related contracts and ensure service level compliance.
• Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist in budget preparation for office-related expenses.
• Handle procurement of office supplies and services.
• Support the onboarding of new hires with workspace setup and initial orientation.
• Coordinate staff welfare activities and office culture initiatives.
