Job summary

Trio Telecom / Trio Services seeks an experienced Active Directory & MS Exchange Administrator (L2) for an on-site role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will own and secure AD DS, Group Policy, and Exchange messaging infrastructure across large BSS environments, collaborating with Ericsson, stc, and Trio stakeholders.

The role requires 5–10 years of AD/Exchange experience, strong Kerberos/LDAP/ADFS expertise, and PowerShell automation. On-site residency is mandatory in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of professional AD and Exchange administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kerberos, LDAP, ADFS, and hybrid identity architectures.
• Proficient PowerShell scripting for AD/Exchange bulk ops and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer AD DS domain controllers, OU structures, GPOs, FSMO roles, and forest health.
• Manage Exchange Server 2016/2019 or Exchange Online, including DAG HA and mail flow.
• Run patching, change management, and DR procedures; ensure security and compliance.
