Job summary

FAENA in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee day-to-day security operations across our luxury resort. You will supervise security officers, monitor patrols and CCTV, enforce access control, and respond to incidents while maintaining discreet service aligned with ultra-luxury standards.

The role involves coordinating with Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping and other departments, supervising shifts, and assisting in VIP guest security arrangements when required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred in Security Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of security operations experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Prior supervisory security experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of CCTV and access-control procedures; familiarity with local safety regulations.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations at FAENA ensuring the safety of guests employees and resort assets. The role supervises security officers monitors patrols and surveillance systems responds to incidents and enforces safety procedures while maintaining a discreet professional approach aligned with ultra-luxury hospitality standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily security operations across assigned resort areas
• Lead and monitor security officers during patrols shifts and post assignments
• Ensure all access points entrances and restricted areas are properly controlled
• Monitor CCTV systems alarm systems and security equipment to detect and respond to incidents
• Respond promptly to security incidents disturbances and emergencies
• Report and document incidents accurately and elevate issues to the Security Manager when necessary
• Conduct regular inspections of resort premises to identify safety or security risks
• Enforce resort security policies procedures and access control standards
• Assist in managing VIP guest security arrangements when required
• Support crowd control and safety measures during events peak periods and special operations
• Coordinate with Front Office Engineering Housekeeping and other departments for operational security needs
• Ensure proper handover between shifts and maintain accurate logbook records
• Conduct toolbox talks and briefings for security staff at the start of shifts
• Ensure all security personnel are properly groomed trained and following standards
• Assist in emergency response situations including evacuations and drills
• Monitor contractor vendor and visitor access to ensure compliance with security procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all guest and operational matters

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED

• High school diploma required diploma or degree in Security Management Criminology or related field preferred
• 3 5 years of experience in security operations preferably in hospitality luxury hotels or large-scale resorts
• Prior experience in a supervisory security role is highly preferred
• Basic certifications in first aid fire safety or emergency response are an advantage
• Knowledge of CCTV systems access control and security procedures
• Familiarity with local safety regulations and compliance standards
• Proficiency in English additional languages are an advantage
