Responsibilities
- Gives complete individual treatment as appointed according to the core requirements of person treatment as well as established plans and evidence-based practices.
- Assumes responsibility for examining, planning, executing and reviewing treatment in addition to discharge preparation for every patient.
- Contributes to lowering the length of stay/waiting time as per unit details goal.
- Functions in collaboration with Instance Monitoring to accomplish objectives.
- Records all pertinent information correctly, suitably, and in a timely fashion.
- Reports tools failures, safety and security issues, and/or reduction of supply stock to Head Registered nurse or designee.
- Adds to the accomplishment of expense performance financial savings on unit.
- Maintains an awareness of resource usage, exercising care in the buying and usage of staff, equipment, as well as products.
- Monitors tasks in the patient waiting locations and informs ideal individuals of unusual incidents.
- Follows all Health center associated plans as well as treatments.
- Joins self and also other's education, training and advancement, as appropriate.
- Performs various other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate Degree/Diploma in Nursing is called for.
- Experience: No experience is called for (on-job training).
- Other requirements: Current Registered Nurse Licensure from native country and Saudi Commission for Health Specialties Licensure is required. Specialized hospital training e.g. midwifery or certified Nursing Assistant is needed.
