Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and lead frontline personnel across assigned areas. You will implement post orders, manage access control, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure safe and compliant security services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of security operations experience in industrial, manufacturing, corporate, or large-scale facility environments.
• Experience with access control, visitor management, patrolling, incident reporting, and security contractor coordination is preferred.
• Security, safety, emergency response, first aid, or crisis management certifications are preferred.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and be available for urgent operational requirements as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations and ensure effective deployment of security personnel across posts, gates, patrols, reception, and other assigned areas.
• Implement post orders, SOPs, access control requirements, visitor management procedures, and security instructions issued by the Security Manager.
• Confirm attendance, manpower coverage, shift handover, and readiness of the team at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Monitor security performance, conduct post inspections, verify patrol activity, and correct any gaps in behavior, documentation, or compliance.
• Lead the initial response to security incidents, emergencies, access violations, suspicious activity, or operational disruptions, and escalate as required.
• Prepare daily security reports, incident summaries, observations, attendance updates, and action tracking for Security Manager review.
• Guide Security personnel, assign tasks, and ensure instructions are understood and followed consistently.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, visitors, and external security vendors to support smooth security operations.
• Support investigations by collecting statements, access records, and preliminary facts in a professional and confidential manner.
• Identify operational risks, non-compliance, repeated issues, and improvement opportunities, then recommend corrective actions to the Security Manager.
• Support training, coaching, and on-the-job guidance for new or existing security personnel.
