Job summary

Lucid Motors Middle East is seeking a Security Coordinator to oversee security operations at our manufacturing site in Saudi Arabia. The role covers access control, security requests, event security coordination, and adherence to Lucid security standards and local laws.

You will serve as the primary contact for manufacturing-related security activities and work closely with Security Operations, HR, Facilities, and other teams.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree with 2+ years in security administration or facilities.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Willing to work shifts and on-call emergencies as needed.
  • Familiarity with access control, CCTV and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer security requests, records, and compliance with company standards.
  • Support access control, CCTV, and other security technologies administration.
  • Maintain audits, inspections, and regulatory documentation; implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate security procurement, vendor management, and contracts.
  • Administer onboarding/offboarding and security training programs.
  • Arrange security for visitors, contractors, VIPs, and events; liaise with stakeholders.
  • Support workforce administration with staffing records and inter-department coordination.
  • Develop security dashboards and KPI reports to inform planning and improvements.

Position Overview

The Security Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and administering all security operations and processes. The role supports access control, security requests, event security coordination, and compliance with Lucid security standards and local regulations, while serving as the primary point of contact for manufacturing-related security administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and administer security-related requests, records, reports, policies, procedures, and documentation while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support security systems administration by coordinating maintenance, repairs, service requests, asset inventories, and user management activities for access control, CCTV, and other security technologies.
  • Maintain security compliance programs by supporting audits, inspections, assessments, corrective actions, and regulatory documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate security procurement and vendor management activities, including purchase requisitions, contracts, quotations, service agreements, budget tracking, inventory control, and contractor performance records.
  • Administer security-related onboarding, offboarding, training, awareness, and communication programs while maintaining training records and compliance tracking.
  • Coordinate security arrangements for visitors, contractors, VIPs, executives, special events, and site activities while serving as a liaison between security personnel, business functions, and external stakeholders.
  • Support workforce administration by maintaining staffing records, coordinating schedules, tracking operational action items, and facilitating communication across Security Operations, SOC, Technical Security, HR, Facilities, Manufacturing, and other departments.
  • Develop and maintain security dashboards, KPI reports, presentations, and management metrics, providing accurate data and analysis to support operational planning, decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling personal and access data.
  • Knowledge of access control systems and card management platforms.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills, including documentation and reporting.
  • Familiarity with security protocols, facility entry procedures, and incident reporting.
  • Basic understanding of industrial security environments and manufacturing site operations.
  • Ability to work with minimal day-to-day supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism and service
  • Strong organizational, documentation, record management, and administrative coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, reporting tools, dashboards, electronic records, and workflow management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and effectively coordinate activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with the ability to remain effective under pressure.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, information protection, and confidentiality requirements, with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while fostering effective teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong follow-up, multitasking, and adaptability skills to support dynamic operational and business requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Diploma with minimum of 2 years of related experience in security administration, facility management or general administration
  • Proficiency in using standard MS office software (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Must be willing to work shift hours or flexible schedules as per plant operations.
  • Working knowledge of basic IT troubleshooting and support systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call availability for emergencies.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or automotive environment.
