Job summary

Miraval The Red Sea, Hyatt's luxury wellness resort, is seeking a Security Manager to lead the hotel's safety and security program, reporting to the Resort Manager. You will develop, implement, and monitor procedures, ensuring guest, colleague, and asset protection.

Responsibilities include fire safety oversight, emergency preparedness, staff training, audits, and collaboration with senior management to align with Hyatt standards.

Qualifications

• Professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience as a Security Manager or Assistant Security Manager in a larger hotel or resort.
• Strong practical, operational, and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership abilities and experience managing multicultural teams.
• Knowledge of fire safety regulations, security systems, and emergency preparedness.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Security Manager to join our team and contribute to creating the most secure and welcoming environment for our guests and colleagues. Reporting to the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the hotel’s safety and security procedures. Your role will be vital in ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and assets, including managing fire safety protocols and employee protection, all while upholding Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards.
