Security Manager

We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to oversee and manage all security operations across the site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a secure environment, maintaining security readiness, managing the security team, and ensuring compliance with applicable security regulations and requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all security operations, systems, and activities across the site.
• Develop and implement security procedures, emergency response plans, and crisis management plans.
• Lead, manage, and develop the security team while monitoring performance and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with applicable security regulations, standards, and requirements.
• Conduct security risk assessments and implement appropriate preventive and corrective measures.
• Coordinate effectively with relevant government and security authorities.
• Prepare periodic security reports and follow up on corrective actions and identified risks.
• Ensure the readiness, reliability, and effectiveness of security systems and equipment.
• Respond effectively to security incidents and emergencies and ensure appropriate escalation and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid approval/accreditation from the High Commission for Industrial Security (HCIS) – Mandatory.
• Relevant experience in security management, preferably within industrial facilities or large-scale organizations.
• Proven experience in managing security and guarding teams.
• Good knowledge of security regulations, standards, and requirements applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Strong leadership, management, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to effectively manage emergencies, security incidents, and crisis situations.
• Strong report-writing, security planning, and risk assessment skills.
• Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is an added advantage.
