Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Current Food Handler's Certificate (if applicable).
• Expertise in making all types of coffees, teas and other beverages.
• Ability to operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders and other equipment used in the café.
• Knowledge of brewing methods for coffee and tea.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure while handling multiple customers.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• An outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• An understanding of food safety procedures and health regulations.
