Job summary

Client of Inspire for Solutions Development is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile teams within the banking sector. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile practices and drive continuous improvement on Credit Card initiatives.

You will ensure the effective implementation of Scrum principles while enabling teams to deliver value efficiently, collaborating with product owners, developers, and stakeholders in a fast-paced financial environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Previous experience within the banking industry.
• Experience supporting Credit Card-related projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and remove impediments to teams' delivery.
