Job summary

Master Works is seeking a hands-on Scrum Master, Specialist to lead Agile ceremonies, coach teams, and shield the sprint. Based at client site in Saudi Arabia, you will collaborate with the Product Owner to refine backlog and ensure delivery aligns with business goals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and PMI-ACP/CSM or equivalent, 2+ years in an Agile environment, and hands-on experience with Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, methodologies, and principles.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and support cross-functional collaboration.
• Continuous learning mindset and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and team collaboration.
• Identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth workflow and sprint execution.
• Promote continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and process enhancements.
• Maintain and update Scrum artifacts such as Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Burndown Charts.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to support backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Monitor team progress and ensure delivery aligns with sprint goals and business objectives.
• Foster a positive, self-organized team environment that encourages accountability and collaboration.
