Job summary

Skoolarz is seeking an onboarding specialist to bring schools onto our platform, traveling to Amman or Riyadh and working in school offices with the team. You will lead onboarding efforts, clean and import data, and train office staff, teachers and parents in the right sequence.

The role focuses on configuring calendars, classes, timetables and discounts, while collaborating with principals and registrars in both Arabic and English. Travel to Saudi Arabia and Jordan is expected.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in implementation, consulting or school administration.
• Comfort with messy data — spreadsheets, CSV files and careful checking.
• Calm, clear communication with school staff in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding projects for several schools from kick-off to first term on Skoolarz.
• Migrate school data: students, guardians, teachers, fee plans and resolve records needing human decision.
• Configure the platform with each school: calendar, classes, timetable, charges and discounts.
• Train staff and parents, and feed learnings back to the product team.
