Structural Engineer for engineering inspection and construction supervision

As part of our team expansion in KSA, we are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Structural Engineers to join our Riyadh office on a permanent basis and support inspection and construction supervision on our ongoing projects in Riyadh and Jeddah. In this role, you will bring your expertise and several years of professional experience to provide engineering consulting on exciting and complex construction projects in Saudi Arabia, with a particular focus on challenging lightweight constructions. Your main responsibilities will include structural calculations and on‑site monitoring of our projects. You will act as the key interface between structural design and execution and work closely with the Managing Director of our KSA branch.

Your Tasks

• Conducting engineering inspections and construction supervision
• Ensuring compliance with construction standards, building regulations and quality standards
• Preparation of construction schedules and monitoring of project progress as well as ensuring a smooth construction process considering execution plans and schedules
• Identifying and solving technical challenges during the construction process on site
• Performing calculations of structures, including setting up calculation models for assembly and construction plans
• Communication and coordination with the internal project team and external stakeholders
• Structural engineering design tasks and the tasks required in a newly established branch office with a growing team

Your Profile

• Degree in civil engineering or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of work experience in KSA
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate there long‑term
• Proficient in Arabic and English
• Experience in construction supervision of construction projects
• Ideally advanced skills of relevant civil engineering software applications (e.g. GSA, Sofistik, ETABS, SAP200)
• Knowledge of relevant building standards and building regulations
