Job summary

Qureos in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the overall business operations and growth of a specialty coffee and F&B business. You will drive strategic direction, manage multi-unit stores, and optimize profitability, customer experience, and brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in F&B leadership in the Saudi market, a strong network, and proven success in sales, partnerships, and expansion. Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in F&B, preferably specialty coffee or café businesses.
• Strong Saudi Arabia F&B market experience mandatory/preferred.
• Proven experience in General Manager or senior leadership roles.
• Strong background in sales, business development and profitability management.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall business operations, strategy and performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue, profitability and growth targets.
• Drive sales, partnerships and market expansion.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Oversee multi-store operations and ensure brand standards and customer experience.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets and forecasts; manage P&L.
