Job summary

Major UK INT L LAW FIRM – Riyadh is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Project Finance practice in Saudi Arabia. The role involves advising major private and public sector clients, funders and consortia on structuring, drafting and negotiating financing documents for large energy and infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidates are UK/Common Law qualified lawyers with extensive project financing experience, including drafting a wide range of finance documents and post‑close support.

Qualifications

• Qualified UK/Common Law solicitor with substantial project finance experience.
• Proven ability to structure and negotiate large-scale energy/infrastructure financings.
• Experience drafting and negotiating a broad range of finance documents (term sheets, intercreditor agreements, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Advise on structuring, drafting and negotiating financing documents for major projects.
• Provide support during post‑close, construction and operational phases.
• Engage with funders, sponsors and public/private sector counterparties on complex transactions.
