Responsibilities

Develop annual plans and budgets, monitor KPIs, and align operations with standards.
Lead local teams (couriers, drivers, CS), focusing on training and performance.
Ensure compliance and manage emergencies, building relationships with local authorities.
Oversee day-to-day logistics: inbound/outbound, last-mile, and returns.
Train and supervise station staff including supervisors, drivers, and couriers.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Fleet, and Customer Service for smooth operations.
