Job summary

Danfoss Arabia in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Graduate Technical Support Engineer to support cooling applications across HVAC/R, data centers, and energy systems. You will contribute to growth, reliability, and performance for customers in the region, helping improve energy efficiency and product adoption.

You will work with cross‑functional engineering teams, deliver technical guidance and training, document findings, and travel within the region as needed.

Qualifications

• Saudi nationality is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics.
• Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support specification, selection, and troubleshooting of compressors and electronic controllers in HVAC/R applications.
• Provide technical guidance and solutions to customers and end users.
• Deliver technical presentations and training to support product adoption.
• Document testing results and recommendations in reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams on product improvements.
